In Demo 2
Clothes appeared in Demo 2, they could be switched by left and right arrows in the menu. This feature also was in January Monthly Build.
In Christmas Race Build
Peppino's default clothes are red, with green skin tone, that references Grinch.
In SAGE 2019 Demo
Peppino's default clothes are blue, which is mentioned in the manual.
In Noise's Hardoween
The Noise's default clothes are dark blue and orange cape, which can be changed in the closet.
In Peppino's Xmas Break
As a playable character, The Noise's default clothes are red with a white cape, and he also has a green skin tone.
In Beach and Forest Build
The player can taunt and then press down continuously to switch between palettes.
In Early Steam Playtest Branch
The palettes were originally stored in a single file, where Garish Cook had a different shade of pink and Mooney Orange wasn't added yet.

The Noise, Halloween Update
Before The Noise update, there used to be a leftover playable noise from old demos, but his outfits were broken until The halloween update fixed them. Here are the clothes The update added:
Note: There are also clothes that simply change The Noise's clothing into one similar to Peppino's, Those being "Dark Cook", "Golden God", "Garish Cook" (which has a huge resemblance to "Feminine Side") and "Mooney Orange"
