Description

Flying Anchovy is a blue anchovy with wings.

Behaviour

It flies in place until it sees the player, then charges foward. Unlike the Pencer, however, the flying anchovy is stunned when it hits a wall, and can fly in the air.

Manual quote

"These flying fish thinks that Peppino is a big fly, somehow. They have very bad eyesight and need glasses. Avoid them while they charge or grab them before they start!"

Trivia

• The Flying Anchovy was originally an air equivalent of the Cheeseslime, having no means of harming the player.
• If the Flying Anchovy falls into a pit of lava or hits an outlet after it hits a wall, it'll be defeated and add to a combo. This is also the case for other baddies, too.
