Merchandise are branded consumer products that are marketed in the merchandising practice. Various officially licensed Pizza Tower merchandise products have been created; they are listed below. All official merchandise to date has been produced by Fangamer.

Best-a Pizza Hinged Pin | A hinged soft enamel pin measuring about 1.25 inches wide, designed by Nina Matsumoto. The outside design features a caricature of Peppino Spaghetti promoting Peppino's Pizzeria, as previously seen in promotional images. Peppino Plush | An eight-inch tall seated stuffed toy of Peppino, with an anxious facial expression and a noticeable grimace. The Peppino Plush was designed by Versiris and prototyped by Eyes5. Pizza Tower | A cotton t-shirt designed by Nina Matsumoto and Tony Kuchar. The shirt's artwork is rendered as red outlines on a white background and is designed as an advertisement for Peppino's Pizzeria. The center of the artwork features an illustration Peppino holding a pizza while giving a thumbs up and anxiously smiling. Above Peppino is the game's logo and text reading "The best-a pizza in a town-a". Below Peppino are illustrations of four Toppins (excluding Sausage), the text "Hot & fresh! - The Pizza Tower shirt and the Best-a Pizza Hinged Pin are possible options in Fangamer's Mystery Sales collection. The Mystery Sales collection offers shirts, outerwear, posters, and enamel pins at a lower price, with the customer receiving a random design from Fangamer's catalog.
