Unused Content Clarification

Can someone clarify how one can tell what sprites left over within the final game would fall either between left over from an older build and content relating to an upcoming update? I found what seems to be a Goblin toppin in the files but I'm unsure if these sprites were added in during the Halloween Update FakeLoogi (talk) 18:13, 26 April 2024 (UTC)
