Page image probably shouldn't be flashing + other thoughts

The main image for this page probably shouldn't be the notification GIF, but rather a static image. I've brought this up in the Discord, but the GIF is too fast and doesn't match up with the game, and the speed and contrast of the GIF regardless of game accuracy cause seizures and other sensory issues for folks, especially photosensitive epileptics.
