The Cowboy Level is The 7th Level and Second level Of world 2, labelled as the "cowboy level" as of now as a placeholder. The level is more puzzle and exploration based until the escape timer happens, in which it switches to be more action based than puzzle based.

The music that plays in this level is "YeeHaw DeliveyBoy" which is composed by Frostix.

New Transformations

Ghost Peppino: This transformation will allow Peppino to fly and phase through outlets and ghost blocks. This transformation will activate when shot by a Ranch Shooter. The transformation will end when the player runs into a grave (which were heavy objects as placeholders), in which they'll be brought back to life.

Shotgun: Peppino can equip this weapon to shoot TNT that he can't reach. The "bullets" act similarly to the Fire-Mouth projectile, but shoots three at a time. The transformation will end if the player goes through a metal detector, in which the shotgun will be dropped.

Enemies

Ranch Shooter: Once spotting Peppino, he will quickly shoot Peppino from his shotgun. If Peppino is hit, he will turn into a ghost.

Bandito Chicken: Chases Peppino when spotted and will try to peck him off platforms.

Kentucky Kenny: Throws hot chicken wings that, when touched, puts the player into a "Fire-Mouth" state.

Tribe Cheese: Acts similarly to a Forknight, but when he sees the player, he jumps towards them.

Trivia

  • People thought that this level was a new level before being dubbed the "Cowboy Level"
  • The Shotgun was used before, in the SAGE 2019 demo, where Peppino could go to the Pizza-Mart and buy a shotgun for 4 Pizza Coins. However, at the cost of not getting points, he loses the shotgun.
  • in the "graveyard test" build this level was playable, but buggy so ptg removed the download
    • walls and slopes are visible
    • list of bugs:
      • when recovering from ghost transformation you can move around and if you jump you cancel the recover
      • Some Doors Don't Appear
