The Ancient Cheese is the third level of Pizza Tower.
This level features many cheese-themed environments and various ruins to explore. It also introduces various new mechanics, like the cheese blocks and the Bomb transformation.

Trivia
- An updated version for the music on Floor 1, Theatrical Shenanigans, was posted onto Mr. Sauceman's SoundCloud and YouTube channel. However, the SAGE Demo version of this level uses the old version, which existed all the way back to Demo 0, along with the tutorial music, even though the new version was released around the same time the demo was released.
- The rooms "There was once a Bathroom" and "And who might you be?" were changed in order to fit with Peppino's nerfed super jump. Oddly enough, "No crackers" wasn't changed to fit this, meaning the way to "Invincible Man of Ball" stayed the same.
