cloths are items you can get by doing certain things

I have barely any idea how to make a wiki page so I am just going to give bare minimum information that I know about clothes

you get classic cook by default

you get unfunny cook by ending a combo on unfunny

you get sage blue by finishing all of floor 1 levels in a hour or less

you get blood red by having a total of 1000 enemies killed on a single save file

you get gorish chef by taunting 50 times

you get mooney orange by giving money to Mr. mooney

you get itchy sweater by taking damage from grandpa pepper

you get pizza man for beating the game once

you get bowling stripes by killing 50 bowling rats

you get bad bones for taking damage 50 times in a save file
