noise update moveset beta category :D [WIP]

Moveset

the noise plays about the same as peppino, although his has a set of special moves:

Dash

The Noise, like any other playable character, can use his skateboard to navigate at high speeds, he can also perform some other moves while in this state:

Tornado Spin (?)

By holding down midair, The Noise can spin into a tornado like shape, as long as the player is holding down, the player can stay in this state for as long as they wish, exiting this state reverts to a mach 3 state.

Boss fights

[reformatting needed] instead of using his grab, the noise can use noise bombs to kill the bosses, allowing for some comboing abilities.
