SAGE 2019 Demo
The SAGE 2019 demo was a demo made in time for 2019's Sonic Amateur Game Expo. The demo includes a new character called Snick the Porcupine, in reference to Sonic the Hedgehog which is the basis of the fangames at the expo. The demo is also downloadable in the SAGE site in addition to Pizza Tower Guy's itch.io page.
This demo includes 3 levels playable in any order, and an unlockable Snick Challenge for completing them all. The challenge involves Snick.exe chasing the player through an amalgamation of all three levels until they reach the exit before the timer runs out.

This demo also has the exclusive Pizzamart, where you can buy a 1 to 2 Shotguns. Now that Pizzamart was removed, you need to save a Pizzasona in order to get a weapon.
Trivia
- The hub and Pizzamart in the November and future builds removes Snick, Cowboy Task Room, and the Pizzamart. While the sprites used in the SAGE 2019 Demo still exist within the data.win file located with the game.
- This the 1st demo to include the enemy death screams made by the Pizza Tower Discord members.
- The demo removes some things you could do in older demos like: Break metal blocks with a super jump, and starting at Mach 2 when jumping while Peppino is grabbing.
