Space Pinball is the 9th level of Pizza Tower.
It takes a sudden shift in setting into a space-themed pinball level rather then a western level like the previous three levels.

Gimmicks
- Timed Gate - These gates open up when a switch is pressed, and will close up again when the timer is up.
- Tomato Block - These blocks act as a spring, the player will bounce on them and they can use them to jump higher
- Goblinbot - When touched, launches the player and transforms them into the Ball form.
- Enemy Block - These blocks can only be destroyed when an enemy is thrown at them.
- TNT Block - TNT Blocks can be destroyed by ramming into them or shooting them with either a gun or the Firemouth form.
- Rock Block - Rock Blocks will be destroyed when TNT Blocks explode.
- Free milk stand - When touched in the Firemouth form, they will end the transformation.
- Teleporter Pizza - Teleports the player to a specific location, while also keeping their current state.
- Tombstone - Will end the Ghost transformation while touched in it.
- Mort Cube - Can only be destroyed by Mort's slap attack.
- Corn Dish - Will end the Mort transformation when touched.
- Haybale - Can be set alight by the Firebutt form or the Firemouth form. Jumping on an alight haybale will cause the Firebutt form.

- The level was once themed around a UFO, but the mechanics gave Pizza Tower Guy the idea of a pinball machine, similar to Pinball Zone from Wario Land 4.
- The room "Starcrust Speedway" is a nod to "Stardust Speedway", a zone that appeared in Sonic CD and Sonic Mania
- The room "All Roads Lead to Chrome" is a reference to the medieval proverb "all roads lead to Rome"
- The room "Chicken from Outer Space" is a reference to the pilot episode of the cartoon Courage the Cowardly Dog.
- The room "Rocketeer Knight" is a reference to the video game Rocket Knight Adventures.
- "Cowboy Warehouse" was once known as "Alen Warehouse".
