The Pizza Supreme is a Fan Cover album created by Musician, RichaadEB, and with the help of The8BitDrummer for the track 'Bye-Bye There!'. The Album has over 15 tracks which are remixes of selected songs from Pizza Tower. Also including a cook book created off of each song from the album that could be seen as background footage in the YouTube uploads of the songs.

Description

The cover is a red background with white checkers surrounding it. The bottom left corner shows a badge with the text "It's Pizza Time!". The right shows Peppino striking a taunt (as shown by the white effect) while holding what seems to be an electric guitar with a stretched pepperoni pizza slice and a pizza box. The cover has stains that make it resemble a used pizza box.

The physical album's disc has an appearance of the main villain of Pizza Tower, Pizzaface, a cheesy pizza with two red pepperoni eyes, a beige mushroom nose, and a mouth, mustache, and eyebrows made out of green peppers.

Recipe Name Ingredients Instructions Notes
Richaad's Non-Authentic but Still Pretty Good Pizza Recipe 250g bread flour, 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp honey, 2/3 cup warm water 3 1/4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp dried oregano (Dough)

6oz warm water, 4.5oz good quality tomato paste (Cento, Mutti, Napoleon, etc.), 1.5oz sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, 1/2 tsp oil from sun-dried tomatoes, 60g honey (about 3 tbsp), 1 1/2 anchovy paste, 2 cloves garlic, a few leaves of fresh basil, 3 1/2 tbsp fresh grated parmigiano reggiano, 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt, 1 1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper, 1/4 tsp dried basil, 1/4 tsp dried oregano, 1/4 dried marjoram, 1/4 tsp dried Italian seasoning, 1/4 tsp dried herbes de provence, 3/4 tsp onion powder, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper powder, 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes (Sauce)

Combine ingredients in container and blend using immersion blender (or whatever blender you have that will work) until fully blended and smooth. You may add extra honey and salt at this point to taste, until the desired balance is achieved. (Sauce)

Preheat oven with pizza stone on top rack to 550 degrees F, or as hot as it will go.

Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface until you have a thin 14" round. You may also stretch the dough using your knuckles if desired. Sprinkle flour and corn meal onto a pizza peel (this helps with transfer of dough from peel to oven), then place dough on peel and finish forking to shape.

Using a fork or similar instrument, perforate dough surface to prevent blisters from forming while cooking. Brush olive oil over surface of dough, then spread sauce in thin even layer (you will have extra). Grate 8oz whole milk low moisture mozzarella on large side of box grater, then spread grated cheese evenly over sauce. Use an offset spatula to ensure dough is not stuck to pizza peel by gently sliding beneath dough. Carefully transfer uncooked pizza from peel to preheated pizza stone (if your dough is stuck, use offset spatula to loosen in from peel.)

Cook for 10-14 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust has browned.

Remove from oven, brush crust with additional olive oil and garnish with flaky sea salt, add chopped fresh basil to pizza. Slice and enjoy.

"None of this is optional; I don't care if it's needlessly maximalist" -Richaad
Pizza Deluxe 1 prepared 14" pizza round, 6oz prepared pizza sauce, 6oz grated low moisture whole milk mozzarella, 2 tbsp grated parmesan
