Template:Basic Demo Info Pre-Early Test Build is a group name describing the development of Pizza Tower between March 2018 and July 2018, prior to the release of Early Test Build. Footage of this time period of development was posted to McPig's Twitter and Tumblr, with a majority of the assets present in those videos existing in some of the first publicly released builds, albeit with some broken features.

This page lists the rooms that are associated with this time period of development.

Playable Levels

level1_r#

For more information, see the page here: Level1.

A basic tutorial level set in an ancient tower, with this being the most complete level. You'll come across a vast majority of the game's enemies, mechanics and secrets here.

level1_r#H

A harder version of level1 in a darker environment and more spikes.

level2_r#

For more information, see the page here: Level2.

A level set in a sewer with water, hooks and barrels. Appears to have been mostly finished at some point, but the existing tileset was changed and/or removed.

level2_r#scrapped

Some scrapped levels of Level2 (Level2_r1, Level2_r4, and Level2_r5) that featured a darker light and some Pepperoni Goblins. The tileset in here was a changed version of the old Level2 tileset

level3_r#

Likely meant to be some kind of factory level. There are crushers that hurt the player, and there are boulders which fall down platforms and can take the player with them.

level4r_#

Likely some kind of forest level with a spooky theme, focussing on stealth mechanics. There are monsters that walk around hallways where the player has to hide to get past them, there are killable small monsters that run around, ogres that block the path forward, and a scary dark chasing monster with very scary eyes at the end who chases down the player.

level5

An unfinished level that appears to may have been a circus level. Three objects are present here: A ball that can be bounced on to gain some height, a spring that gives the player a lot of height, and a run-on ball which can be used to roll over dangerous surfaces.

area1_tower#

This level is meant to be rather fast paced and linear. Pillar John is at the start, and the Toppins must be collected by going through the level. This level had a time limit early on, but it has been removed. There is a door that leads to a fight against Pepperman, where he has to be bumped off the arena. There's also a door that leads to Area2.

area2_tower#

This level features the Trash Pans, but with sauce in instead of cheese. They stand in one place and have to be bumped into water to defeat them. The Flying Anchovies are seen here too, and have to be bounced off of to get to other places. However, they only stand in one place and don't attack. Pillar John is at the start here too, and it did have a time limit early on. There is a transition near the end of the level that is broken, and the player has to walk off in a very precise manner to get to the next room.

Miscellaneous Rooms

Tower1_Area2

A single room that was part of another now deleted room. This room was never completed, as it abruptly cuts off near the end.

room66

This one is a big tower. There are multiple platforming challenges whilst going up, and even a key, but nothing at the top. The level also isn't fit for the game's final screen size, as this level was built when the game used a different aspect ratio.

Test_Room

A basic test room for testing mechanics and features.

Yousuck_Room

A room that tests Pizza Time which also has The Noise activate it. It also has a door that leads to a game crash. However, the door itself is unreachable unless it makes contact with the floor.
