Peppino's promotion taunt which is a reference to on scene in The Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog. Removed because PTG didn't feel like finding a way to make it so "promotion" faces the right way no matter what direction the player taunts in.
Peppino's taunt of him putting his hands on his hips and looking at the player. A nod to a picture of Peter Griffin from Family Guy that is often used in deep fried memes. This taunt was used since SAGE 2019 Demo, but does not appear in newer builds of the game.

Peppino being unusually calm. This HUD face was part of a old health system where Peppino's mood would change depending on how many health you have. You started with just three hit points, and you could only get more by eating the unused "Spaghetti Plate" pickup. It appears when you obtain the maximum of four hitpoints. Some time later it was replaced by the "Angry Peppino" mood (and then, even more time later the feature was totally scrapped.)
Peppino's Watch, was used to display Pizza Time in the old pause menu.
