Description
Metal Block is a block made out of metal with two screws on its side.
Behaviour
Metal Block can only be destroyed by running into it at Mach 2 or higher, or body slamming into it from a high enough height.
Trivia
- It was originally possible to break Metal Blocks with a super jump in earlier builds of the game, however it was later changed due to the changes made to the move and the change in level design.
- In some pre-release versions, additional purple metal blocks would appear in specific places during Pizza Time, which function the same as regular Metal Blocks.
- Metal Blocks at one point had a different design, being a dark brown block with an angry face. This was reused for Fake Walls, but only temporarily.
- At one point in development, Metal Blocks looked identical to breakable blocks, but with metal bricks instead.

Pizza Block is a cheese cube covered in pepperonis. The block also has a face. The big variant has a big nose and white glasses, while the small variant has tiny eyes.
Behaviour
Pizza Block can be destroyed with any attack, and when broken, it gives Pizza Points. Breaking a small one will give the player 10 points, and breaking a big one will give 100 points.
Trivia
- Originally, Pizza Block would drop cheese and pepperoni debris, that at one point was meant to be collected by Gerome for keeping the combo full for the W-Rank, however that idea was scrapped.
- The large Pizza Blocks resemble Greaseball.
- The old Golf Block design was a block with Greaseball's face, being even more similiar.
- When playing as The Noise in older builds of the game, Pizza Blocks would be replaced with Candy Blocks.
- The same is for various Pizza Point pickups which get replaced with various candies.
- In Strongcold, an alternative skin for Pizza Block is used, turning it into Xmas Block.

Description
Fake Wall take the appearance of any wall in game.
Behaviour
Fake Walls act similarly to either the Breakable Block or sometimes Metal Block. However, as it takes the appearance of a wall, it may not be easy to tell it apart from an actual wall. Usually, there are hints that can tell where they can be found. These blocks usually lead to secret rooms.
Trivia
- Originally, upon breaking Secret Metal Block, it would show up in defeated state. That was changed in the final game, instead being bunch of eyes falling off.
- Secret Metal Block originally would have been normal Metal Block design.
- Secret Metal Block sprite is still used in the final game, but it does not show up normally. To see it, the player needs to turn on collision visibility.
