Golf (stylized as GOLF) is the twelfth level in Pizza Tower, and the fourth level of the Vacation Resort.

The level is a golf-themed restaurant ran by Greaseball. Its titlecard depicts an extremely muscular Peppino wielding both a golf club and a shotgun, as he shouts "You're dead meat!". The sky in the background is red, implying it's set in a hellish landscape.

Most of the Toppins in the level are located behind Golf Blocks, each simply being in golf courts.

The first Toppin is in the fourth room of the stage. It is directly where the player would run naturally.

The second Toppin is rewarded to the player for clearing the Fry Course.

The third Toppin is rewarded to the player for clearing the Soda Course.

The fourth Toppin is rewarded to the player for clearing the Burg Course.

The final Toppin is rewarded to the player for clearing the Final Course.

Gerome is located in the Pillar John room. He is in a clearing in the ceiling that can be reached with a wall run or super jump, just above where the player descends to grab the Pineapple Toppin. The door to the

is located in the main hallway, behind a Stupid Rat, which can be destroyed during Pizza Time if the player retains the Ball transformation all the way to the end of the room.

Secrets

The first secret is in the Fry Course golf court, near the end. The player needs to ignore the present spring leading back to the beginning and run into the wall at Mach 2 behind it to get to the secret. In this secret, the player ground pounds to bounce Greaseball up semisolid platforms to grab items.

The second secret is in the Soda Course golf court, right at the entrance. The player needs to run and jump into wall on right at Mach 2 to get to the secret. In this secret, the player is thrown by sequences of Big Cheeses and must leap over obstacles in ball form.

The final secret is in the Burg Course. To get it, the player needs to destroy the eye-marked wall at Mach 2. It is in the corner of the right wall in the room Greaseball is held in. In this secret, the player must lead groups of Golf Demons into the electric block pit in the center of the room.

Trivia

The level's mechanics were reused from the old GOLF demo level.
Despite the fact that PTG stated that Greaseball is too poor to afford proper golf holes and therefore uses basketball nets, several golf holes can be seen in the background, mainly within the outside sections.
Greaseball can be seen inside of the secret room known as "Mansion" in the fifth world "Staff Only" inside a portrait. He takes on the appearance of a rotund human, is wearing overalls, has a brown haircut, and is wielding a wrench. A blue rocket and a dazzling man with a pizza as a face are next to him.
This level is likely to have been inspired by a recurring mini game through Wario Land 3 in which Wario has to bash a similar-looking enemy into a hole using shoulder bashes.
The titlecard is obviously based on DOOM, with Peppino carrying a shotgun, and it obviously being taken place in a hellish landscape. The title of the level, "GOLF", is also stylized in all caps, similarly to DOOM's logo.
- Artwork for level's demo is a full parody on first DOOM's box art.
This level, alongside Crust Cove, has the highest score threshold for S ranks with a 23,000 point requirement.
