Description
Horsey is a wooden toy horse with a big mouth.
Behavior
Passing Horsey starts the race against it, where the player has to reach the flag to get the Toppin. If the player loses the race, the Toppin won't be obtainable.
Trivia
- Horsey's cage was originally smaller, but due to the fact you could unintentionally grab the toppin through the cage, it was made bigger.
