Toppins are small pizza topping-shaped creatures. Each of them have unique designs. There are five different kinds of Toppins, each being based off a different pizza topping; Mushroom Toppins, Cheese Toppins, Tomato Toppins, Sausage Toppins, and Pineapple Toppins.

== Behavior ==
Toppins can be found trapped in cages throughout the levels. Upon saving a Toppin, the player is given 1000 [[Pizza Points|points]]. After being saved, they will constantly follow the player. Each Toppin will taunt alongside [[Peppino|Peppino.]]

Toppins are counted as a collectible, and will run around the level's gate if the player beats the level with them. They will also be seen during the [[Ranks|rank screen]]. When collected for the first time, each Toppin contributes 10 dollars to the player's savings. This money needs to be paid to [[Mr. Stick]] to enter [[List of bosses|boss fights]]. There are 95 Toppins in total, but only 86 of them are needed to beat the game.
