Sewers is the eighteenth level in Pizza Tower, and the third level of the City Passage.
It's a cheese-filled sewer.

Trivia
- Sewers once had its own unique escape theme, known in the files as "Toxic Rave." The idea, however, was removed and the escape theme was removed from the game. This is also the case for "Running with Pockets full of Meatballs," which was meant for the escape theme for the Factory level.
- In the second background image, one of the few pieces of graffiti art on the wall is a clear reference to the indie game Antonball Deluxe; The art (bottom left) depicts Peppino stylized as lead protagonist Anton (namely clad with his thick eyebrows, toothy grin, and bulbous nose) holding a Greaseball.
