This is a list of the secondary characters that have been part of the Pizza Tower universe with a minor role in the story.
Noisette
"Noisette is Beyond Annoying. It takes a noisier noise than The Noise's noise to annoy The Noise."
— Toppinbot.
Noisette is The Noise's girlfriend. She mostly resembles The Noise's physical appearance, but wears a pink overall-like dress with a white undershirt and red shoes. She also wears a pink mask adorned with bunny-like ears from which a couple of strands of hair protrude in a similar shape to The Noise’s moustache. Her appearance in the artwork made for the soundtrack release reveals that she wears a pink headband when she isn't wearing her mask. Earlier art shows her with lighter pink overall dress, with red buttons, according to a comic, and mask, and a red undershirt instead of a white one.
She has appeared one of the Peppino & Noise Comics, in Fast Food Saloon playing a card game with Pizzaface, and on a poster in Don't Make A Sound. Noisette also appears during The Noise's boss fight to drag him away, and inside a secret room in Slum serving a drink to The Vigilante, she will present a large tip jar whenever Peppino approaches her.
Whilst her name is just simply Noise with the -ette suffix to denote her as being his female version, akin to Toad and Toadette, her name is also the French word for hazelnut.

Snick's Gang
Snick's Gang is a group composed of Snick and his buddies. During Snick's development, McPig made some sprites showing what the rest of Sonic the Hedgehog's cast would look like in Snick's style. He then made an image showing Snick having a birthday party with the characters he made, but said the image wasn't canonical to the Pizza Tower lore. It is composed of the following members: Snick, Tail, Boots, Shadow Snick, Dr. Bad Breakfast, Aluminium Snick, Snick.exe and finally a unnamed pink porcupine with a bow.
-
Tail (referencing Tails, Sonic's best friend and sidekick).
-
Boots (referencing Knuckles, Sonic's old friend and rival).
-
Shadow Snick (referencing Shadow, Sonic's arch-rival). PTG said that his catchphrases are "im the coolest" (a line from Shadow in Sonic Adventure 2) and "im the greatest living thing my duderino" (referencing Shadow's title as "the ultimate life form").
-
Dr. Bad Breakfast (referencing Dr. Eggman, Sonic's greatest foe and main antagonist of the Sonic franchise).
-
A unnamed pink porcupine (referencing Amy Rose, Sonic's friend and love interest).

Dougie Jones
Dougie Jones is a Pizzard who makes his first and only appearance as Noise's assistant in the ??? Comics. He doesn't seem to have any design differences from any other Pizzards, but has been distinguished as his own character despite this.

John E. Cheese
John E. Cheese is a now deceased farmer Cheeseslime who formerly owned Fun Farm. He is slightly bigger than other Cheeseslimes, and wears a pair of circular glasses, a straw hat, and a pair of black shoes on his retractable legs.
He has been revealed to be The Vigilante's grandfather. Various pictures of him can be seen inside the barn sections of the Fun Farm. He also appears on a milk carton in the Refrigerator-Refrigerador-Freezerator, a picture in an overworld secret, and on a box in Don't Make A Sound.
John E. Cheese's ghost also appears in the boss fight against The Vigilante, where he will float around chasing the player while holding a pitchfork. He can be temporarily dispatched with a single bullet.

Peddito and The Doise
Peddito and The Doise are recolours of Peppino and The Noise respectively, originally featuring in a video created by Robby1sCool. Both Peddito and Doise appear as background decorations in Pizzascare. The Doise is planned to replace Boss 3 if the player is playing as The Noise.

Pizzamancer
Pizzamancer is a character that has only appeared in concept art of the game and mentioned by McPig as part of the lore. He looks like Pizzaface, except his nose is a tomato instead of a mushroom. He has a regular mouth, and differing from Pizzaface, Pizzamancer has limbs; white hands and feet. He also wears a Pizzard's hat and a big cape.
There isn't much information known about Pizzamancer, except that he cursed Peppino's ancestor and his whole family for disrespecting pizza. The curse was that they wouldn't be able to make pizza in peace anymore. But even with that, the ancestor still defeated him. It is also mentioned that he was the original creator of the Pizza Tower, as well as the possible original owner of the Cheese Dragon.
He died after several years when the war ended, which lead to Pizzaface to conquer the Tower afterwards, becoming its new owner. It is speculated that Pizzaface came to life thanks to Pizzamancer's powers.
Pizzamancer at one point was planned to be reused for hard mode of the game, where he would have dropped up to 4 random enemies. He wasn't animated, but the mode can be still activated in the game with commands. However his sprites do not appear and are oddly replaced by Snick.exe.

Santa Clause
Santa Clause is a character that appears in the Peppino's Xmas Break demo as a one-off character.
He first appears at the beginning of the demo, where he carries Peppino off the title screen in his sleigh and takes him to Strongcold. He later appears in the second to last room, where he's revealed to actually be The Noise, who then pulls out a Noise bomb and starts up a mini-boss. Santa's sleigh is later used by some of Peppino's pals for them to escape the tower before it explodes.

Mr. Orange
Mr. Orange is the Noise's twin brother. His appearance is almost identical to the Noise, except his costume is orange and his cape is the same yellow the Noise wears. Mr. Orange was planned to be an alternate boss when playing as The Noise in single player and co-op. He has an Australian accent, as he was separated at birth.

Peshino
Peshino, also known as Animatronic Peppino, is an entertainment robot made in Peppino's image. Compared to Peppino himself, it is more cylindrical, with big, googly eyes and stiff limbs. Peshino constantly rocks around whilst playing a concertina.
Peshino was originally a transformation very early in development, before being thought to be reused as a life system for Don't Make A Sound in the April 2021 Build. But he was then turned back into a transformation if the player gets jumpscared by a Toppin Monster.

Snotty
Snotty is a green-colored Cheeseslime that appears in the Slum section of the Hub. He can be killed like any normal Cheeseslime, afterwards subsequent visits to Slum will show his grave. If Snotty is kept alive, he can be rescued alongside Peppino's friends and the bosses during The Crumbling Tower of Pizza. Rescuing Snotty from the tower will lead to the player's save file being marked with a seal of approval on his behalf.

Pizza Tower Guy (Character)
Pizza Tower Guy, often shortened to PTG, is an older man in a tower costume, wearing cartoon gloves, a tie, and socks under slippers. He is often depicted as a drunken man, always with a beer bottle in hand.
He can appear as an NPC in every level if the player gets to him in less than 1 minute. Once the player has gotten close enough to PTG, he will teleport away.
This teleporting nature is in reference to PTG’s appearance in "Bring Your Own Class", where he appears as a playable character. One of his abilities is being able to teleport to any random player on the map during multiplayer co-op and one of random teleport points during singleplayer, defaulting to Player 1's spawn-point if there aren't any teleport points in the Map.

Gabriel does not make any physical appearance in-game, only being referenced on some of the backgrounds. He was originally planned to have similar role to Snotty - being a character that appears only once and never again upon being defeated.
Gabriel was sprited on McPig's stream, but he was never added in game.

Trivia
- Noisette was planned to run the tower's gift shop, where players could buy alt colors, tips and tricks, such as how to do the harder moves, OST CDs, including unused tracks, and more; however this has been scrapped.
- Noisette also appears in one of The Noise's taunts.
- Noisette was going to be disguised as a character Mr. Incognito in a conceptualized comic about Peppino and Gustavo in the desert. Mr. Incognito would antagonize them. He wears a fedora, a trench coat, gloves, and shoes.
- Before PTG revealed Mr. Incognito's identity, many noted his similarities to Mr. Stick, however it was confirmed that it is not him. The reason their identity was revealed outside of the comic was because the comic was confirmed to never be finished.
- Peshino's name comes from a Don't Make A Sound Background, where he's referred to as "Peshino The Italian Chef" on a poster.
- Peshino being an animatronic is a reference to animatronics commonly used on most pizzerias, most notably Chuck E. Cheese's.
- Peddito’s lack of eyes in Pizzascare is in reference to his appearance in “Bring Your Own Class” where he acts as The Doise’s BFG replacement. Peddito chases and instantly kills any enemy by mere touch, but will also do the same to the player.
- Mr. Orange was originally planned to be a co-op character for Peppino, having old Noise's moveset and some Peppino's moves. That, however, was left as an idea and likely won't be used.
- Mr. Orange's name is based on Mr. Green from Yo! Noid, similar to how the Noise is based on the Noid.
- Mr. Orange was originally named Kenneth, referencing the mentally ill Kenneth Lamar Noid who held a Domino's hostage after thinking they named the Noid after him. McPig quickly renamed him after learning that there was more to it than just a hostage situation, realizing the name was very insensitive of him.
- It was considered to just call him Ken, but that also got changed due to the reference still being too apparent despite the name being shortened.
- Another early name for Mr. Orange was Scott, as a reference to one of the presidents of Domino's Pizza, most infamously known for his appearance in the Hatsune Miku Domino's App promotion; however, this name was quickly dropped in favor of Mr. Orange shortly after.

- John E. Cheese's name is a reference to the pizza parlor/mascot character Chuck E. Cheese.
- Dr. Bad Breakfast's arcade machine in Don't Make A Sound is a reference to the game "Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine".
