Pineacool is a cool enemy in Pizza Tower.

Description

Pineacool is a double striped pineapple wearing shades as well as white gloves and shoes. His spike top is modelled to look like a mohawk.

Behaviour

Pineacool walks around aimlessly like any other enemy. If the player happens to touch his spikey top, they will be hurt. As a cosmetic ability, when the player taunts, the Pineacool himself will also taunt with the player.

Pineacool takes two weak attacks to be defeated. Pineacool may also crouch down, somehow retract his limbs, and breakdance towards the player.

Trivia

• His first in-game outing was in the Halloween Demo, serving as an enemy in the tower. He was also in multiple Tumblr posts before this time, and can be seen in the files of Demo 0.
• Pineacool current behavior at one point had been scrapped and replaced with a different behavior. Instead of taunting with the player, he would taunt on his own and while he taunted he could not be defeated and would parry any attack done at him, hurting the player or reflecting projectiles such as thrown enemies. The likely reasons for this behavior's removal was its unpredictability and how annoying it was to deal with.
• Pineacool made a cameo in Noise's Hardoween as a decoration. However, he is chopped up and looks slightly smaller.
• Pineacool's sprite can be seen in PTG's Patreon page representing the highest membership level.
• In some cases, he's referred as "Cool Pineapple", mostly notably in Toppinbot's description of him.
• At one point in development, Pineacool was planned to taunt to the beat of the music playing, but this mechanic was scrapped.
