The Crumbling Tower of Pizza is the twenty-fifth and final level in Pizza Tower, and is the fifth level in Staff Only.

After the Pizzaface Boss Fight, Peppino must finally escape the tower with everything he's collected. The player must endure a barrage of enemies, transformations, and a final golf challenge, to reach the entrance of the tower and escape before it collapses.

The level's title-card shows Peppino inside the walls of the crumbling tower, folding his arms victoriously while staring at the camera with an enraged look on his face as he stands atop of a gigantic pile of various objects and characters from the game. Gerome and flying Priest can be seen in the background.

Trivia

  • Completing the level normally right after Pizzaface boss fight does not allow the player to see the rank they have obtained.
  • Due to Pizzaface having been defeated, instead of him sleeping at the right end, the crumbling tower replaces him. It also means that if time runs out, the player instantly gets a Time Over instead.
  • This is the only main level which does not have the ability to enter Lap 2 through a Pizza Portal once the entrance is reached. As such, The Death That I Deservioli does not play in this level.
    • Also, "Bye Bye There!" plays instead of "It's Pizza Time!" when Pizza Time is active, making this the only level with Pizza Time with a unique song for it.
  • Snotty can be collected during Slum if he was not killed during the playthrough.
    • This won't happen if you enter the level directly from it's portal.
  • This is the only non-boss level to not play a jingle during the titlecard, remaining with silence.
  • This is the only level to not have any Chef Tasks. It also does not count towards the Chef Tasks to S or P-rank all levels on Floor 5. However, P-Ranking the level is still required to obtain 101%.
  • While replaying the level from the Hub, Peppino's friends and enemies do not appear.
  • The level's name is likely a wordplay of "The Leaning Tower of Pisa", an Italian landmark and popular tourist attraction.
