This is a page listing every enemy that has been in Pizza Tower. This page includes the first level they are seen in, and their first debut in any of the builds.

Enemies

Swedish Monkey Walks around, occasionally stopping to eat a banana and toss the peel behind them. Stepping on a peel makes the player slip. December 2019 Build
Mini John Runs and chases the player, occasionally trying to punch them. Usually appears during Pizza Time, however in Wasteyard, it can also appear out of ground in some places. February 2020 Patreon Demo
Pepperoni Goblin Jogs about, kicking the player and activating the Ball transformation when near. Pizzascape Pre-Early Test Build
Pizza Box Goblin Walks around, throwing bombs at the player when they are near. Their bombs can be grabbed and used to defeat other enemies (but if the player is not fast enough, the bomb will explode and hurt the player). Ancient Cheese Pre-Early Test Build
Pencer Stands in place, aggressively charging forward and swinging his sword when the player is spotted. SAGE 2019 Demo
Flying Anchovy Flies in place, darting forward when the player is spotted, crashing into whatever wall meets it. Gets stunned for a while after crashing into a wall. Bloodsauce Dungeon Pre-Early Test Build
Tribe Cheese Oozes around, briefly stopping to throwing an axe in an arc when spotting the player. If a totem pole is around, they dance around it which causes thunderclouds to appear nearby that strike thunder periodically. Oregano Desert May 2019 Patreon Demo
Totem Cloud Activated by Tribe Cheeses that dance around totems. Fires down lightning every few seconds, which hurts the player. Rework
Kentucky Kenny Walks around and throws spicy chicken wings which activate the Firemouth transformation. May 2019 Patreon Demo
U.F.Olive Hovers around, does not directly attack the player. Western Build V1
Clerk Sits in the Pizzamarts and does nothing. Does not react to the player dashing at Mach 2. PT_octobe22buildv1
Bandito Chicken Sleeps peacefully until waking up by an approaching player and fleeing. It leaves behind bones that explode upon landing. Said exploding bones can hurt the player. Wasteyard graveyard test
Mushroom Ghost Floats in place, touching it gives the player the Ghost transformation. April 2021 Build
Gabaghoul Swoops down from above to hurt the player. PT_Eggplantv15
John Ghost Follows the player, teleporting them back to the beginning of the room upon contact. PT_Eggplantv15
Potato Farmer Stands in place, charging towards the player when spotted. Fun Farm PT_Eggplantv15
Eggplantmobile Stands in place, throwing three sickles downward when the player is spotted. When the player gets nearby, starts charging towards them. PT_Eggplantv15
Peasanto Stands in place, throwing a fire torch upwards if the player is spotted, causing Firebutt transformation. When not isolated from the player, walks around. When the player is spotted, starts charging towards them, causing Firebutt transformation as well. March 2019 Patreon Demo
Electric Potato Floats in place, damaging the player upon contact. Can only be defeated by Mort. PT_Eggplantv15
Ranch Shooter Stands in place and shoots at the player when spotted. Fast Food Saloon graveyard test
Bad Rat Crawls around, lunging at the player when nearby. Rework
Pineacool Walks around and hurts the player if touched from the top. Taunts at the same time as the player does, but for a little longer. Crust Cove Pre-Early Test Build
Spit Cheese Sits in place and spits spiky cheeseballs in an arc when the player is near. January 2019 Patreon demo
Cannon Pizza Goblin Walks around and shoots cannonballs out of its cannon in a horizontal straight line. BeachandForestv1
Captain Pizza Goblin Shoots cannonballs from above outside of the screen. PT_Eggplantv15
Treasure Chest Guy Flees when the player gets nearby, giving a total of 200 Pizza Points (10 points at a time) when defeated. Cannot damage the player. BeachandForestv2
Noise Goblin Walks around and shoots arrows at the player in any direction. Gnome Forest BeachandForestv1
Pickle Teleports to the player's location when they enter its line of sight, wiggling its arms to hurt them. BeachandForestv1
Pizzard Walks around, occasionally shooting lightning bolt projectiles at the player. SAGE 2019 Demo
Olive Trooper Runs around and fires olive-shaped atoms at the player if spotted. Deep-Dish 9 PT_Eggplantv15
Golf Demon Sits in place, waking up and beginning to chase the player when they get close. Can't be hit or grabbed while chasing and can't be scared. Can only be killed by parrying its charge attack. GOLF PT_Eggplantv15
Burger Golfer Walks around, driving Greaseball in a direction behind it when spotted. PT_Eggplantv15
Big Cheese Stays in place and chucks Greaseball away in the direction it is facing. If the player touches it, it throws them, which gives them the Ball transformation. January 2019 Patreon Demo
Noisey Walks around and hurts the player if touched from the front, similar to the Forknight. The Noise boss fight Peppino's Xmas Break
Pizza Slug Oozes around, occasionally coughing harmful cigarette smoke at the player. Elite variants instead shoot at the player. The Pig City April 2021 Build
Hamkuff Stands in place and cuffs the player when nearby with a rope made out of sausages, forcing them to have to run at Mach 2 and rebound back into it, defeating it. When playing as Gustavo, it will capture Brick when nearby, and Gustavo has to defeat it to regain control of Brick. PT_Eggplantv15
Shrimp Thug Chases the player and tries to dash forward and punch them. Does a smaller dash if they're too far away. Elite variants instead throw knives at the player. April 2021 Build
Peppibot Has three different behaviours, it will either slap the player while standing in place, attempt to shoulder bash them, or rush towards them. Peppibot Factory Demo 2
Box Stamper Flaps in place and squishes the player when they're below, activating the Boxed transformation. Demo 2
Grabbie Hand Hovers in place and grabs the player when standing below it, carrying them upwards while preserving any momentum. Can also grab bombs. Demo 2
Weenie Walks around. Doesn't hurt upon contact. Elite variant will drop a can upon death which shoots a damaging fist in the player's direction. Pre-Early Test Build
Trash Pan Sits in place. When jumped on, it will pop off its lid, launching the player upwards, allowing the player to then use the lid to slide down slopes or traverse across water. Oh Shit! Pre-Early Test Build
Ninja Slice Disguises itself as a Pizzaboy cutout before attacking the player with an uppercut when near, shuffling around afterwards and attacking with rapid kicks. Can appear with multiple different mask colors. January 2019 Patreon Demo
Mr. Pinch Stays in one spot and attempts to grab the player, causing his hand to be pulled downwards due to the weight if successful. Afterwards, the player can slingshot out to cross large gaps. PT_Eggplantv15
Giant Slime Stays in one spot and spits cheeseballs periodically. Touching said cheeseballs causes the Cheeseball transformation. PT_Eggplantv15
Snowman Slides around quickly and hurts the player if touched from the front. Does not get scared. Refrigerator-Refrigerador-Freezerator April 2021 Build
Pizzice Spins in place, occasionally shooting spikes in the four diagonal directions. Can't be scared. March 2019 Build
Fake Santa Hovers around the player, throwing down presents at the player containing Snowmen.

Can only be killed by either throwing another enemy at them, or via a super taunt.

Ghost King Follows the player around and possesses various objects throughout the level in an attempt to hurt the player. Pizzascare PT_Eggplantv15
Ghostknight Floats around and hurts the player if touched from the front. It can be scared, but it cannot be killed without an Exorcist's cross, or the Shotgun. (Crumbling Tower of Pizza) PT_Eggplantv15
Pepperoni Goblin Bat Hangs on the ceiling and flies towards the player when nearby, attempting to kick the player, which activates the Ball transformation. If successful at kicking the player after flying towards them, it will go back to its spot on the ceiling. PT_Eggplantv15
Clownmato Bounces around. Doesn't hurt upon contact, but bounces the player away slightly. Can't be scared. Don't Make A Sound April 2021 Build
Toppin Monsters Begins to chase the player when the Patrollers' countdown reaches 0, each with their own unique behaviors. If caught, the player will be warped to the area the player came from, and will get the Animatronic transformation, as well as losing 60 points. This does not happen when caught by the Pineapple Toppin Monster. April 2021 Build
Patroller Patrols around the area. If it spots the player, it will alert the Toppin Monsters of their presence in the room after a 5 second countdown unless it is killed first. Taunting in its line of sight immediately activates its alarm. PT_Eggplantv15
Flying Patroller Acts identically to the standard Patroller, except it hovers in place. PT_Eggplantv15
Piraneapple Flies towards the player, hurting them upon contact. Can't be scared, and can only be defeated by parrying or using a shotgun. Preearlytestbuild
Pizza Soldier Hides away in a bush before revealing himself when the player is spotted, after which he walks around and fires a machine gun at the player. Can't be scared. WAR April 2021 Build
Cardboard Tank Stands in place and fires homing missiles at the player, which can be used to blow away Stupid Rats blocking the path. Cannot be scared. BeachandForestv1
Kentucky Bomber Flies around and drops explosive hot wings from above. Unlike Kentucky Kenny, these do not activate the Firemouth transformation and instead hurt the player. PT_Eggplantv15
Peppino Clone Follows the player and tries to attack them with its tongue. Upon defeat, only the first one adds to the combo meter. Any killed after do not add to the combo meter, but do refresh combos. Can't be scared. PT_Eggplantv15

Secret Enemies

Most of these enemies appear in secret rooms in Hub.

Meatball Boulder Yes (however it cannot be grabbed in the Hub) Hangs from a fork on the ceiling and drops down if the player ground pounds, rolling around endlessly afterwards. Cannot be defeated, however it can be grabbed and tossed around. Ravine in Western District April 2021 Build
Grandpa Yes Rocks in place and punches the player when near. He cannot be killed by any normal means, including Super Taunting, but can be killed via the Knight or Ghost transformations. The Pig City Secret Room April 2021 Build
Mr. Car Yes (in the game's files, however in its appearance in the Hub it does nothing) Stays parked in place. When hit at Mach 2 or higher, it flies away in a straight line and explodes once it hits a solid object. While it no longer appears as an enemy, it can still be seen as a background element in The Pig City, and in a secret room in the Hub on Floor 4. Mr. Car Room in Slum April 2021 Build

Unused Enemies

Green Shrimp Thug Acts the same as the Elite Shrimp Thug, but it throws junk at the player, which flattens them. Kung Fu N/A
Police Car Follows the player across the ground if they hurt any enemy within the area. Getting caught by them takes the player to a jail room (or back to where the room was entered). The Pig City April 2021 Build
Pineapple Biker Drives after the player on their bike. Can be defeated when hitting a wall. Once one has been defeated the player can take their bike. Replaced with the Pizza Car. Street N/A
Chili Pepper Moves around, leaving melting fireballs wherever it goes. Was scrapped due not being interesting for puzzles. Refrigerator-Refrigerador-Freezerator Pre-Early Test Build
Noise Bomb Chases/follows the player like the Toppins and instantly kills them when the timer runs out. Strongcold (during The Noise fight) May 2019 Patreon Demo
Smoked Weenie Acts the same as Weenie, but with the addition of hurting the player if they touch his cigar. Peppibot Factory Early Test Build
Cheese Peppino Robot Rolls around and spits out cheese at the player, activating the Sticky Cheese transformation. Peppibot Factory Demo 2

Laser Gun Cheeseslime Fires a coloured laser that teleports the player to a warp point of the same colour. N/A (presumably Pinball) N/A
obj_monster Moves around and charges at the player when in its sight. Can be avoided by hiding in a barrel. The real design for this enemy is unknown. Level4 Pre-Early Test Build
obj_smollmonster A smaller version of the obj_monster enemies. The real design for this enemy is unknown. Level4 Pre-Early Test Build
obj_scaryeyes Chases the player when they move away and can't be defeated. Level4 Pre-Early Test Build
Snick.exe Enters from the top of the current room and slowly floats towards the player, damaging them upon contact. If the player attempts to grab, shoot, or dash into him he will briefly disappear, returning to his original spawnpoint. He was also the main obstacle in the scrapped Hard Mode, where he will drop down enemies, but defeating them makes his also scrapped Heat Meter rise to drop 4 enemies at a time, However, Snick.exe in the Hard Mode is an obvious placeholder.
